How to Register for the New App

  1. Download the Cois Sionna Desmond Credit Union App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Open the app and select “Register”.
  3. Enter the following details:
    • Create a username (keep this safe for future logins)
    • Your Cois Sionna Desmond Credit Union member number
    • Full name and date of birth
    • Mobile number
    • Email address (and confirmation)
    • Create a password (keep this safe for future logins)
  4. Accept the Terms & Conditions and select “Register”.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your registration to be approved. Once processed, you will receive your 8-digit Registration PIN by SMS.

First-Time Login

When your registration has been approved:

  1. Enter your username and password.
  2. Request an OTP (One-Time Password). A 4-digit code will be sent to your mobile phone by text message.
  3. Enter the OTP and approve.
  4. Enter your 8-digit Registration PIN received by SMS.
  5. Set your memorable word (if prompted).
