Please note that Friday, 1st May 2026 is a European bank holiday due to May Day. As a result, some payment services will be affected on this date. Key Points for Members: SEPA Classic payments and Direct Debits will not be processed on Friday, 1st May. SEPA Instant payments will continue to function as normal. Payments scheduled for 1st May will not be processed that day, so members are advised to make advance payments where necessary to avoid delays. Payments made on Thursday, 30th April 2026 will be received for value on Monday, 4th May. Incoming payments may also be credited later than usual. We encourage all members to plan ahead to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

Regulations & Data Protection Officer (DPO) OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Regulations & Data Protection Officer (DPO) to join our Regulations Team on a permanent, full time basis. This is a key governance role, combining responsibility for the DPO function with support across AML, CTF, Risk, and Compliance.The Regulations & DPO role will work closely with the Regulations Manager and wider team, while maintaining the independence of the DPO role, including direct reporting to the CEO and Board on data protection matters. The role will be based in Askeaton and candidates should be flexible to work and travel throughout the branch network, as required.If you have experience in a regulated financial environment, a strong understanding of compliance, AML and data protection, and bring a professional, collaborative and detail-focused approach, we would love to hear from you.
