About Cois Sionna Desmond Credit Union is a not for profit, community-based credit union, proudly supporting its 59,000 members across its 15-branch network, located throughout Limerick City and County and the North Kerry region. The Role We are delighted to invite applications for the position of Team Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional member service and operational excellence across a number of branches. This is a full-time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week, inclusive of Saturdays), with Newcastle West as the base location. The role carries responsibility for a number of branches within the region and requires flexibility to travel and work across the network. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management, performance and oversight of branch operations, ensuring consistent service standards, strong governance and an excellent member experience across all locations.
