This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional member service and operational excellence across a number of branches. This is a full-time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week, inclusive of Saturdays), with Newcastle West as the base location. The role carries responsibility for a number of branches within the region and requires flexibility to travel and work across the network.
